MRMedRigorResearch

Terms

Website terms

Terms for using the MedRigor Research website and requesting a suitability assessment.

Operational draft requiring legal review. These terms should be reviewed before they are relied on as final contractual terms or before payments are accepted.

Website purpose

The website describes independent research-quality services and provides a way to request a preliminary assessment. Submitting the form does not create a professional engagement, duty, partnership, agency relationship, quotation, or obligation to accept work.

Screening and acceptance

Every inquiry is screened for scope, expertise, timing, conflicts, integrity, and information-security needs. Work begins only after a separate written scope, fee, exclusions, timeline, responsibilities, and acceptance are agreed.

No medical advice

MedRigor Research does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, or patient-specific medical advice. Contact qualified healthcare professionals for clinical decisions and local emergency services for urgent needs.

No publication guarantee

Research support cannot guarantee journal acceptance, peer-review outcomes, funding, regulatory approval, or academic results. Authors and investigators remain responsible for their work, decisions, disclosures, and submissions.

Prohibited requests

Do not request fabrication, falsification, plagiarism concealment, ghost authorship, manipulated significance, fabricated citations, undisclosed submission, assessed-student work, or other deceptive or unethical activity.

Files, confidential information, and email

The public form is not a document-transfer channel. Following initial screening, ordinary manuscripts and other approved research documents may be attached to an email sent to veodeep@gmail.com. Do not send patient or participant identifiers, protected health information, clinical records, credentials, payment data, or other highly sensitive material by email. A separate transfer method and written data-handling agreement may be required for higher-risk work.

Accuracy and availability

Reasonable care is taken with public content, but it may be incomplete or changed without notice. The pilot, particular services, and the website may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn.

International use

Users are responsible for complying with laws, institutional rules, journal policies, export controls, professional duties, and research-ethics requirements applicable to them and their projects.
